In 1993, the founder ofHyperpro, Hans Rinner, had the ambitious idea of improving the suspension of motorcycles thinking in a "progressive" way. He spent a year developing his new plans, and after this year, Hyperpro has been created. He started by selling a modest selection of suspension products. However, convincing bikers of the principle of progressive spring has proven more difficult than expected. At the time, a Kawasaki Z1000 had a problem: due to the high braking power, the executives of the Z1000 tended to crack. Hans Rinner has therefore decided to replace the standard springs of a Kawasaki Z1000 with progressive springs.
Progressive springs ofHyperpro have completely solved this problem. A journalist was so impressed by the adjustments that he described the modified motorcycle Z1000 as "better driving never seen". This article has been published worldwide in several car magazines; This is how it all started. A few months later, the interest in products Hyperpro came from an unexpected corner: Japan. This is how a Japanese company called "active" has become the first distributor ofHyperpro.
A few months later, many progressive springs were dispatched to Japan. Other countries and distributors have followed, and a global network of products Hyperpro was born. In the first five years, Hyperpro concentrated 100 % on the manufacture and sale of progressive springs.
At that time, Hyperpro already had more than 600 types of springs in its range. Despite the success, new progressive products were to follow. In addition to the progressive springs, the concept of developing a new management shock absorber appeared in 1998: the steader of the speed sensitive to speed. The idea behind this shock absorber is that the slow handle movements should not be felt, and as soon as the handlebars begins to shake, it should keep the motorcycle online to avoid the hiccups of the reservoir. The management shock absorber arrived on the market, and Hyperpro started to make assembly kits for steering shock absorbers himself. Initially, these kits were made of steel, but with new techniques, the entirely strawberry mounting kits CNC were born. Developed and manufactured in our own production installation.
Only a few years later, the first shock absorber Hyperpro was developed and launched on the market. This shock absorber was subsequent development for the next seven years. Knowledge and experience acquired have helped Hyperpro To design a completely new shock absorber in 2006: the 3D shock absorber, at the time the new window. In 2007, Hyperpro started to set up your own workshops to help bikers and dealers to advise and install suspension products.
Since 2008, Hyperpro Also focused on adjusting motorcycle height to an acceptable height for the pilot. Using progressive design springs to adjust the height of the motorcycle, Hyperpro has reached a completely different and new market.
Today, the company continues to grow. It currently has 25 employees, a building of more than 1000 square meters, and exports to more than 40 countries around the world.
